We accept cash, credit/debit cards, PayPal, checks, and QuickBooks payments.
Yes, there is a $50.00 deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable.
If a rescheduling happens WITHIN 48hrs of the original booking, there is no rescheduling fee. The original deposit will apply.

If a rescheduling happens AFTER 48hrs of the original booking, there IS a rescheduling fee. The original deposit will not apply.
Yes! We customize a contract depending on your selected services and preferred frequency.

Depending on the services, there are some discounts offered.
If requested, we will do our best to send the same people, but this is not a guarantee.
No, but we will need a form of entry.

We also ask for any alarms to be turned off before our arrival or access to turn them off when we arrive for cleaning.
We love pets, but for their safety and ours, we ask that they be put in a safe place during our services.

Your safety means a lot to us. If you are more comfortable with us using your cleaning supplies, we can, but please let us know ahead of time.

We offer window cleaning. This is a cleaning with only a window cleaner. We do not provide window washing where we would use soap or another product on the window. We DO NOT remove any screen attached to the window when doing this cleaning. If you want us to clean the window behind any screen you have, please remove it beforehand. Otherwise, we will not clean that area of the window.

Definition of Terms

A pass-over to remove loose debris, dust, and/or light blemishes.

Wiping

A heavier cleaning than wiping to remove soils and more problematic blemishes. Tasks with this definition require more time than those classified as "wiping" and will add to the cost. The removal of all stains is not guaranteed.

To distinguish our cleaning methods and styles, we use certain terms. Below is our definition to help you understand and select the right service or add-on for your home cleaning.

We honor special requests for eco-friendly products in our cleaning services, including products such as dish soap, rubbing alcohol, and white vinegar.

Such a request must be discussed prior to the cleaning service and added reasonableness of service quality is required as eco-friendly products require more elbow grease and do not necessarily produce the same level of cleaning as other products.
